The project aimed to understand the needs and habits of the affluent clients’ segment. We focused on currently used financial products, satisfaction, and plans for the future.

We conducted N=12 In-Depth Interviews and N=500 CAWI, including Adaptive Choice Based Conjoint (ACBC) and MaxDiff techniques.

The results helped the Client with further fine-tuning of the product offer for this segment.
